WARM Facility
Quỹ WARM (Water and Natural Resources Management – Quản lý nước và tài nguyên thiên nhiên) cho phép hỗ trợ sự chuẩn bị và triển khai các dự án đầu tư chiến lược về cơ sở hạ tầng trong các lĩnh vực quản lý tài nguyên nước và tài nguyên thiên nhiên, quản lý đô thị chống chịu với BĐKH để giải quyết những thách thức chính ở cấp địa phương như ngập lụt, ngập úng đô thị và xói lở bờ biển, bờ sông, xâm nhập mặn, ngày càng nghiêm trọng hơn do tác động của biến đổi khí hậu.
Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật được tài trợ bởi Quỹ WARM cho phép tăng cường năng lực dài hạn trong nước của các bên liên quan chính tham gia thực hiện dự án và quản lý cơ sở hạ tầng.
